product produced is inspected with the Quality Assurance System standard, operated by experienced technical advisor and production quality team.
Smart Chemicals HALAL quality policy
In order to deliver high quality Halal products, we have implemented various special
production systems and improved the operational flow.
At Smart Chemicals, we believe “all steps in production are quality control processes”. This thought process is thoroughly applied and implemented throughout the production setups in our production plants and in our warehouse. We have established our own Quality Assurance System and we manage to achieve the Halal certification for our products.
Quality control does not applied on production area, instead it’s applied to the entire process from procurement to sales. In the inspection stage, we aim to achieve zero defects using the latest measurement devices and test equipment.
This quality philosophy which continuously strives to deliver high quality products to our customers is one of the reasons for our confidence. We have rigorous standards in place and continuously optimize and streamline core design and production processes for quality improvement.
On all production lines we conduct rigorous checks at every process stage and thereby contribute to our customers and society from the aspects of both quality and environment.
